I'm a 14 and 1/2 years old boy from Romania that discovered EVE 9 months ago and actually played for a little over 5 months. In this time I was having my best time in a game so far (maybe I enjoyed League of Legends and Counter Strike Global Offensive at the same level). I've met nice guys that helped me, and most of the guys who podded me also helped (mainly with informations about the game), overall discovering that EVE community is one of the nicest out there.
I began as a miner, as most of us did i believe, staying at distance from missions as i though they were boring. After I made my first 50mil by mining, i finished the exploration career missions (fun fact: i finished them after 2 weeks later than i did with all others, i was stuck with probing part :D), watched Johnny Pew's videos about exploration and decided that this is what i want to do in EVE. Bough an Imicus, put skills to train, bough crappy fit, opened the map and pointed the farest null sec system i could find, Outer Ring region if i remember. In the way i scanned down all systems i went through, and before to even approach to null sec, i was wondering about how much i can make from exploration (i made like 5mil in probably 20 hisec systems, but they were a lot for me back then). Once in null sec, i managed to scan down some sites, and to don't f@!k up all the cans, getting like 80mil. Happy, i planned to go back to hisec and sell the loot. As it was near downtime, it was pretty quiet so i though it will be easy peasy to go less carefully. 3 jumps from hisec i got caught in a gate camp with 30 big scary ships, no bubbles but i panicated and until i could decide to warp away, they podded me. So far, so good, my podder spoke to me and offered to join his corp's chat channel to learn me more, nice guy. Later on, as i got more and more knowledge about EVE, i began to make constantly 100mil per run in null sec with less losses. The biggest prey i could get was some shinny drones bpc in Eterium Reach that were worth like 1.5bil (of course i sold them at 700mill because i was too dumb to check the market first, and just asked a friend how much they cost). I joined a corp, mined a bit more, explored, moved to null mainly, having fun until i lost an Astero with 500mil in cargo, 1 jump from safety. I got depression, and quited EVE.
Rejoined in March, with a new character, where i wanted to do trades to fund both the new and the old one. A guy from my old corp gave me a 30 day play time code, and in this time i made 800mil. I think i will go back to my old toon after this one expires, as the older have better skills and assets and i can do much more things.

Q: I want to support you, how i can do this?
A: By reading this blog of course, and if you want to support more, by donating ISK and/or CSGO weapon skins. Much of the donated ISK will go to less experienced players (or on PLEXforGOOD). You can donate by sending ISK to "Lupan Anton" with the reason "Donation", i will keep track of those ISK and only use for me when i really need them (ex: i need 100mil for a PLEX and i can't play EVE until i need to get it, i will use from donations). Also i will fund vary contests on this blog.
